Scheduled international flights remain suspended, but there are currently a limited number of flights between India and the UK. These arrangements may change at short notice and you should check with your airline for any changes.
If you manage to catch a flight, all travelers will be thermally screened by health authorities upon arrival in India. All travellers, regardless of their vaccination status, must complete a self-declaration form on the “Air Suvidha” portal before the planned trip and upload a negative Covid-19 PCR test. This test must have been carried out within 72 hours before departure.
Recent changes to travel regulations mean that all passengers must complete a mandatory 7-day quarantine upon arrival, even if you are vaccinated. Another Covid-19 PCR test is required on the 8th day of arrival in India. If the test on the 8th day is negative, you must self-monitor your health for the next 7 days. Day 8 test results should be uploaded to the “Air Suvidha” portal .

An online pre-travel medical registration form must also be completed by all UK travellers. When presenting proof of your vaccination status, it is important to note that Sri Lanka will only accept the letter version from the UK proof of recovery from COVID-19 and vaccination record . They will not accept the app version.

Travelers aged 6 and over are required to present proof of a negative Covid-19 PCR test taken up to 48 hours before the start of the trip. Passengers aged 15 and over must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 in order to undertake flights to Pakistan.
Passengers who hold a medical certificate attesting that they have been medically advised against being vaccinated against Covid-19 are exempt from this obligation. If you are traveling by air, you will be given a Rapid Antigen test upon arrival at airports in Pakistan. Travelers who test positive will be moved to a self-pay facility for a 10-day quarantine.
